Dabur`s open offer for Fem Care begins tomorrow

Dabur India today announced that the company`s open offer to acquire shares of Fem Care Pharma will commence from tomorrow, May 7 and will end on May 26, 2009. The company proposes to acquire upto 705,880 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 20% of fully expanded voting equity capital of the Fem Care Pharma at a price of Rs 800 for every share payable in cash.
